VCA Services for Volunteer Involving Organisations

Promoting your Volunteer Opportunities	When you register with VCA, you can have your volunteering opportunties advertised on the Volunteer Scotland website. Potential volunteers can then find your opportunities 24 hours a day. In addition, if we know about your opportunties, we can then include them when we talk to potential volunteers who come to us looking for placements.
Good practice advice and information	Our staff can advise on all aspects of involving volunteers in your work, from getting started to helping you achieve and maintain best practice. We also distribute advice and information via the Coordinators forum and e-bulletins (see below) . a
Volunteer Management Training	VCA delivers training on a number of different aspects of volunteer management. Visit our training page for more details
Keeping in touch	VCA issues regular email bulletins with information useful for volunteer involving organisations, to receive the bulletins, register with VCA. VCA also facilitate the Aberdeenshire Volunteer Coordinators forum - see the forum page for more details.
