Skills fit for Volunteering
We are delighted
to tell you about our new Skills fit for Volunteering learning & development programmes. Our flexible programmes of interactive,
learner centred learning/training sessions have an overall aim of improving the skills set and confidence of volunteers so
that they can maximise the positive outcomes of volunteering both for themselves and the organisations they volunteer with. With a focus on the CORE SKILLS including Communication; Problem Solving
and Working With Others our sessions deal with the very important skills that are very necessary if volunteers are to effective
and contribute as much as they can while they are volunteering. Learning programme
can be arranged to meet a variety of needs and can be held at times and locations that suit both the organisations and individual
volunteers. By creating a safe, friendly and encouraging environment we can engage with volunteers who may have a variety
of learning and support needs. If you are interested in our learning
